Hydraulic system principles
Lasso Underground Hydraulic is a waste collection system designed for garbage collection and storage underground. It was developed to meet the needs of the municipalities and communities that want to transform their waste collection process and to change their collection points into a cleaner, modern and environmentaly friendly public space.
Lasso Underground Hydraulic containers are fundamental elements in promoting a sustainable urban strategy, increasing citizens’ quality of life and mitigating environmental degradation. They avoid overfilled dumpsters on the street; eliminate the unpleasant odors from garbage decomposition; keep wild animals away from the bins and avoid the reproduction of rats and other pests. They are reliable, durable and safe, and adaptable to all climates.
Their small deposition columns are located above the ground, perfectly integradted with the urban space, whereas the storage containers are located underground, in a lifting platform.
The C1, C2, C3 and C4 hydraulic underground containers have the advantage of not requiring a crane in the collection operation and it can be done by one person only due to its user friendly technology.
This equipment is designed to store and then lift and move MSW vertically inside the concrete well with the aid of a hydraulic system present in the equipment, activated by an external source.
It is also characterized by its high mechanical and fire resistance (M0 classification), obtained through its monobloc structure in prefabricated reinforced concrete class C40/50.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Hydraulic system components

A. COLUMN
GREEN BEE: in stainless steel it can optionally incorporate pedal.
RED BEE: in stainless steel, incorporating a big producers door and with deposition opening of the rotation drum type or front flap door. Optionally the rotating drum can be double, forming a volumetric unit (used in PAYT systems).
B. SIGNALETIC
The signaletic, front and top, are available in thermolacquered aluminum with silkscreen printing or high-strength vinyl with UV lamination and digital printing.
C. GROUND LID
Olive leaf in non-slip aluminum foil with tubular galvanized steel support structure.
D. INTERIOR TURNING CONTAINER
800L – 1100L in PE or galvanised steel.
E. HYDRAULIC PLATFORM
With a galvanised steel structure powered by two (C3) or four (C4) high-capacity hydraulic cylinders.
F. GROUND RING
Made of hot-dip galvanized steel, it is connected to rainwater.
G. WELL
High density polyethylene (HDPE) water-tight well, produced by rotational moulding to ensure complete water tightness. The top aluminium ring prevents any possibility of deformation and allows perfect fit between lid and well.
